The business combination of Acies Acquisition Corp. (ACAC/W/U) and PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc. became effective on Friday, June 18, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination the company's Common stock (ACAC) and Warrant (ACACW) will undergo a change of name, symbol, and CUSIP number. In conjunction with the change of name, the common stock and warrant will list on the Nasdaq Global Market. The unit (ACACU) will be suspended from listing. The new company will be incorporated in Delaware. These actions will become effective on Tuesday, June 22, 2021.
