The business combination of Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SNSS) and Viracta Therapeutics, Inc. became effective today, Wednesday, February 24, 2021. As a result, the common stock of SNSS will undergo a one-for-three and a half (3.5) reverse stock split along with a change of corporate name, symbol, and CUSIP number. In conjunction with these changes, the common stock will have a market tier change to the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
