On December 27, 2023 the shareholders of Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (KNDI) approved a re-domestication from Delaware to the British Virgin Islands via a scheme of arrangement. As a result, one (1) Common Stock of Kandi Technologies Group, Inc.
