On April 24, 2024, NeoGames S.A. (NGMS) will initiate a continuation from Luxembourg to the Cayman Islands, effectively redomiciling as a Cayman company. Upon receipt from the Cayman registrar that the continuation process has been approved and completed, NeoGames expects to hold a special shareholder meeting on April 25, 2024 for shareholders to vote to approve the proposed merger with and into a subsidiary of Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. If the merger is approved, it is tentatively scheduled to close on April 25, 2024. During the continuation period, and in anticipation of the closing of the merger, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on April 23, 2024. The stock will remain halted on April 24th & 25th and if the merger closes as anticipated on April 25th, it will be suspended effective April 26, 2024. The details are as follows:
