Golden Sun Health Technology Group (GSUN) will effect a one-for-ten (1-10) reverse split of its Class A Ordinary Shares. The reverse stock split and par value change from 0.0005 to 0.005 will become effective on Friday, April 19, 2024. In conjunction with the reverse split, the CUSIP number will change to G4013A115.
