NASDAQ OMX Introduces Report Center, a Central Platform for NASDAQ OMX Historical Reports

What you need to know:

  • On November 15, 2012, NASDAQ OMX will introduce Report Center, a central platform for historical reports from NASDAQ OMX systems and applications.
  • Report Center will feature all historical reports from NASDAQ OMX Broker-Dealer Data, as well as new historical execution reports and market event recaps.
  • In addition, Report Center will feature a new subscription for Equity Trader Journal for Clearing, which will be available for free trial through 2012.
  • NASDAQ OMX will host a free web demo on Tuesday, November 20th at 2:00 p.m., ET or Wednesday, November 21st at 10:00 a.m., ET.

What has been announced?

NASDAQ OMX® has announced the launch of Report Center, a central platform for ordering historical reports from NASDAQ OMX systems and applications. The new product will replace the current Broker-Dealer Data product and provide new reports in addition to the ones currently offered.

Sign up for a free web demo on Tuesday, November 20th at 2:00 p.m., ET or Wednesday, November 21st at 10:00 a.m., ET. Upon receipt of your request, web and call details will be emailed to you.

What reports are available via Report Center?

Report Center will offer reports under the following categories:

  • Executions - Includes reports from The NASDAQ Stock Market® (NASDAQ®) such as daily execution volume summaries and daily routing strategy summaries. These reports are historical records of the real-time information available via NASDAQ OMX Qview.
  • ACT & Back Office - Detailed transaction history for use in compliance, reconciliation, research, and Books and Records. This category includes a new Equity Trade Journal for Clearing Firms.
  • Price & Quotes - Summaries of time and sales and market maker quotes.
  • Compliance & Risk - Reports for tracking compliance with industry rules and monitoring risk.

What is the new Equity Trade Journal for Clearing?

Equity Trade Journal for Clearing is a new report that includes all fields from the current Equity Trade Journal report as well a clearing number. This allows clearing firms to receive reports for all correspondents associated with their clearing number.

How do I subscribe?

New customers can subscribe to Report Center via the Report Center Request Form.

  • Premium Subscription - $225/month for 100 reports/ month
  • Basic Subscription - $175/ month for 25 reports/ month

Equity Trade Journal for Clearing Firms is available as an add-on to Report Center or as a stand-alone subscription. Subscribers are assessed monthly fees based upon the tier they fall into for the month.
