Paulson Capital (Delaware) Corp. (NASDAQ: PLCC) will be effecting a one for five (1-5) reverse stock split of their outstanding common stock.  The reverse split will be effective at the opening of business on Tuesday, July 29, 2014.  In conjunction with the reverse split the following changes will be in effect:
