NASDAQ Announces Trading Details of Revised Vascular Biogenics Ltd. Offering

As announced on the daily list of July 29, 2014 and July 30, 2014, Vascular Biogenics Ltd. (the company) was listed on NASDAQ on July 31, 2014 with the symbol VBLX. On August 8, 2014, the company announced the termination of its initial public offering underwriting agreement and that as a result, no shares would be issued pursuant to the registration statement for the offering. Based on these facts, all trades in security Vascular Biogenics Ltd. (VBLX) since the commencement of secondary trading on July 31, 2014 through August 7, 2014 were deemed null and void.

The issuer has revised the original registration statement and is expected to commence trading with the new symbol VBLT on NASDAQ Wednesday, October 1, 2014. A new CUSIP number (M96883109) has been issued. The original symbol/CUSIP (VBLX/M96885104) will be suspended effective October 1, 2014.
