Nasdaq TRF will temporarily remove support for “carryover declined trades” trade functionality.  This feature was a new feature added as part of the July 13th FINRA street-wide changes (FINRA Regulatory Notice). The current feature allows firms to accept a declined trade on the next day after the decline is entered.

Nasdaq will reintroduce the next day carry over declined logic shortly and will send an updated communication for firms with the details.

During this time, firms will only be able to accept declined trades on the same day.
