Pursuant to the SEC-approved Tick Size Pilot Plan, the Listing Exchanges will select the Pilot Securities thirty days prior to October 3, 2016, which is the commencement of the two-year Pilot Period.

Accordingly, the Listing Exchanges will designate the securities and group assignments (Control Group or one of the three Test Groups) as of the close of the market on Thursday, September 1, 2016.

On Friday, September 2, 2016, each Listing Exchange will publish a list of Pilot Securities listed on their respective markets. A consolidated list of all Pilot Securities will be maintained and published on FINRA Tick Size Pilot Program Webpage.

Nasdaq will publish the list of Pilot Securities listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market no later than 8:00 p.m. ET on Friday, September 2, 2016. Thereafter, the Nasdaq daily list and daily change lists will be published no later than 8:00 p.m. ET each day for the next trading day.
