At a special meeting on June 8, 2017 the shareholders of Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) approved a sale of Yahoo’s operating businesses to Verizon Communications, Inc. (VZ). The sale transaction has been completed and the currently listed Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) will undergo a corporate name change, CUSIP number change, and will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol AABA. The company will become a closed-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940.

New Company Name: Altaba Inc.
New CUSIP: 021346101
New Symbol: AABA
