U.S. Market Holiday Reminder: Christmas and New Year’s

U.S. Equities and Options

Nasdaq U.S. equities and options markets will be closed on Tuesday, December 25, 2017, and will close early on Monday, December 24, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Nasdaq U.S. equities and options will be closed on Tuesday, January 1, 2018, in observance of the New Year’s holiday.

Nasdaq Futures (NFX)

NFX will be closed on Tuesday, December 25, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Regular trading hours are in effect for the open of trading on Tuesday, December 25, at 7:00 p.m. EPT for trade date Wednesday, December 26.

Futures Participants are reminded that Daily Submission of Large Trader, Ownership/Control Reports (“OCR”) for trade date Monday, December 24, must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. EPT Wednesday, December 26.

NFX will be closed on Tuesday, January 1, in observance of the New Year’s holiday. Regular trading hours are in effect for the open of trading on Tuesday, January 1, at 7:00 p.m. EPT for trade date Wednesday, January 2.

Futures Participants are reminded that Daily Submission of Large Trader, Ownership/Control Reports (“OCR”) for trade date Monday, December 31, must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. EPT Wednesday, January 2.

U.S. Data Feed Products

The Nasdaq Global Index Data Service (GIDS) data feed product will be up and available at the Nasdaq U.S. data centers on Tuesday, December 25 and Tuesday, January 1.

In conjunction with the early U.S. market close on Monday, December 24, Nasdaq will adjust the closing transmission schedules for its U.S. proprietary equity and derivative data feed products. For the modified closing times for Nasdaq proprietary feeds on December 24, please refer to the Proprietary Data Feed Transmission Schedule.

While most of its U.S. products will close early on December 24, Nasdaq will observe a normal schedule for the Nasdaq Fund Network (NFN) Data Service.
