Nasdaq has published a Nasdaq Canada Data Policy to provide clarification from the current Nasdaq Global Information Services Data Policies.

Nasdaq is introducing new Canadian Market Data Policy Guidelines to provide clarification around Nasdaq Canada Policy. Distributors that consume Nasdaq Canada data products are required to follow this policy.
