  • Nasdaq has centralized its policies to an updated Data Policies and Administration hub on NasdaqTrader.com to improve customer experience and to provide one location for market data information across Nasdaq markets.

What is changing?

Nasdaq has updated the Data Policies and Administration page on NasdaqTrader.com to include all policy related information. The updated hub, formerly called Agreements and Operations, provides customers a central location for all market data information. In addition, the page provides customers easy access and navigation to market data information via three tabs arranged by associated Nasdaq market where applicable:.

  • Agreements/Forms
  • Polices
  • Reporting/Online Services

Are there any content changes to the agreement, forms or policies?

Nasdaq issued a data news item on Feb 1, 2021 regarding Enhanced Display Solutions. Please refer to the link here, for more information regarding this clarification.

Do I need to take any action?

No, this notice is for information only, though feedback is always appreciated.
