The business combination of Crescent Acquisition Corp. (CRSA/W/U) and LiveVox Holdings, Inc. became effective on June 18, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination the company's Common stock (CRSA), Warrant (CRSAW), and Unit (CRSAU) will undergo a change of name, symbol, and CUSIP number.
