Nasdaq Proposed Updates U.S Services Agreement

What you need to know:

  • Nasdaq has proposed changes to the U.S. Services Agreement to reflect modified terms for Subscribers.

  • Except as otherwise detailed in current the U.S. Services Agreement, effective one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of this Alert, all proposed changes shall take effect.

  • Subscribers that have already submitted a previous version of the U.S. Services Agreement are not required to execute a new agreement.

What is changing?

Nasdaq is proposing amendments to the current version of the U.S. Services Agreement. The updated version can be accessed here.

This Equity Trader Alert serves as notification that Nasdaq is proposing amending the terms of the U.S. Services Agreement in accordance with Section 23 of the current Agreement. Pursuant to the Agreement, the means of notifying Subscriber may include, but not be limited to, posting on NASDAQ Trader. Except as otherwise detailed in current Agreement, use of the Services provided under the Agreement by Subscriber one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of this Alert shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
