Effective Monday, April 1st, 2024, Nasdaq will begin disseminating the following new index on Nasdaq Global Index Watch (GIW) and the Nasdaq Global Index Data ServiceSM (GIDS).

What is the new index?

The Nasdaq-100 Futures Excess Return™ Index (NDXNQER) is designed to measure the performance of the nearest expiring quarterly E-mini Nasdaq-100 futures contract (Symbol: NQ) trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

How is the Index disseminated?

On Monday, April 1st, 2024, data recipients will receive real-time index information from the proprietary GIDS data feed with the following attributes:
