UTP Early Closing Schedule for Tuesday, July 3, 2007

Summary:
  • On Tuesday, July 3, 2007, NASDAQ and the Unlisted Trading Privileges (UTP) Plan participants will close the market three hours early.
  • For July 3rd only, NASDAQ and the UTP participants will close at 1:00 p.m., Eastern Time (ET), and will conduct a modified extended-hours trading session until 5:00 p.m., ET.
  • To accommodate the early closing schedule, the NASDAQ Securities Information Processor (SIP) will modify the dissemination times for closing reports and end-of-day event control messages for the UTP data feeds.
  • Please note that the U.S. equity markets will also be closed on Wednesday, July 4, 2007, in observation of Independence Day.

NASDAQ® and the UTP Plan participants will close three hours early on Tuesday, July 3, 2007.

To accommodate the early market closing, the SIP will modify the transmission schedule for the UTP data feeds. For July 3rd, the NASDAQ SIP will adjust the timing for messages on the following data feeds:
