NASDAQ to Begin Listing Two New Global X Funds ETFs on Tuesday, December 6, 2011

What you need to know:
- On Tuesday, December 6, 2011, The NASDAQ Stock Market®(NASDAQ®) will list will list two new Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs):
- Global X NASDAQ 400 Mid Cap ETF (Symbol: QQQM)
- Global X NASDAQ 500 ETF (Symbol: QQQV)
- The ETFs will list on The NASDAQ Global MarketSM.
- Susquehanna (MPID: SUSQ) will be the Designated Liquidity Provider for the Global X Funds ETFs.
- You may register as a market maker by contacting NASDAQ OMX Trading Operations at +1 212 231 5100.
When will the new ETF be listed?
Effective Tuesday, December 6, 2011, NASDAQ plans to begin trading the following new ETFs:
- Global X NASDAQ 400 Mid Cap ETF (Symbol: QQQM)
- Global X NASDAQ 500 ETF (Symbol: QQQV)

How will the ETFs be traded?
The new ETFs will be designated as a NASDAQ Global Market security.
How is ETF data disseminated?
Quotation and trade data for NASDAQ-listed ETFs are disseminated via UTP Level 1, NASDAQ Basic, NASDAQ Level 2 and NASDAQ TotalView® using the trading symbols listed above.
NASDAQ OMX® will also begin disseminating daily valuation information for the new Global X Funds ETFs on Tuesday, December 6th. These daily valuations will be posted on the NASDAQ OMX Trader website as well as disseminated through the NASDAQ OMX proprietary index data services with the following data elements and identifiers:

Who will be the Designated Liquidity Providers for these ETFs?
In July 2007, NASDAQ introduced the ETF Market. The centerpiece of The NASDAQ ETF Market is the Designated Liquidity Provider, a market maker who has been selected to maintain liquidity in qualified ETFs (i.e., Qualified Securities). DLPs will be selected through a consultative process between ETF sponsors, market-making firms and NASDAQ.
Susquehanna (MPID: SUSQ) will be the Designated Liquidity Provider for the Global X Funds ETFs.
How can I register as a market maker in these ETFs?
You may register as a market maker by contacting NASDAQ OMX Trading Operations at +1 212 231 5100. Market makers in the Global X Funds can register beginning Tuesday, December 6, 2011.
All purchasers of newly issued ETFs must receive a prospectus or product description.
