Migration of 2FA from SafeNet for Report HQ access

Nasdaq is retiring SafeNet MobilePASS as a Second Factor Authentication (2FA) Option for Report HQ at the end of June. Existing users of the SafeNet method will need to enroll themselves into a new 2FA method to continue using Report HQ.

Current users utilizing Safenet as their method for accessing Report HQ will need to choose from one of the following options:

  • Voice PIN
  • Smartphone
  • Google AUTH
