Effective Monday, January 4, 2016, pending SEC approval, the following changes will apply. PHLX NDX/MNX Options Surcharge Fee for all non-Customer market participants will increase from $0.20 to $0.25 per contract. SQF Ports used for quote purging purposes (“Purge Ports”) will continue to be free, as they were in December 2015, and will not be assessed specific “Purge Port” fees at this time. PHLX Permit Fees for members transacting business on the Exchange’s trading floor shall be increased for the below capacities.
NOM NOM Participant Fee will increase from $500 to $1,000 per month. All NOM SQF Ports, including SQF ports used for purging (“Purge Ports”) will continue to be assessed a $750 per port, per month fee. This is unchanged from fees assessed for December 2015. BX Options BX Options will introduce a Participant Fee of $500 per month. All BX SQF Ports, including SQF ports used for purging (“Purge Ports”) will be assessed $500 per port, per month. |
